The Unseen Work Behind Launching House of Jyo
House of Jyo is currently in the early stages of becoming real.
Brand creation. Product sourcing. Vendor research. Packaging ideas. Pricing. Market testing. Website building. Inventory planning. And a lot of late nights after work.
I’m building this slowly and intentionally — while balancing corporate life, motherhood, and the very real learning curve of creating something from the ground up.
The goal isn’t just to launch a boutique.
It’s to build something meaningful for my future — and for my daughter to witness what it looks like to create something from nothing. To see her mother bet on herself. To know that is possible.

The Work Nobody Sees
Nobody tells you how much invisible work goes into something beautiful. The spreadsheets. The supplier emails. The shipping calculators. The Canva tabs left open at midnight. The vendor calls taken on a lunch break. The pop-up layouts sketched on sticky notes.
This is the unglamorous middle of something beautiful.
For now, I’m building quietly.
And on August 8th — you’ll see the beginning of what it’s been building toward.
Rainier Country debuts at the Benston Hall Night Market in Graham, WA.
